Parking in a bike lane is like parking in someone else's driveway.
We should all use our phone cams to shoot the license plates of drivers like this and send them to the department of motor vehicles, local traffic enforcement authorities and bicycle advocates like the League of American Bicyclists. Perhaps then something will be done to curb this type of behavior in a useful manner.
