What interests me about this image has nothing to do with the airplane or the upper class twit who piloted it. The crowd is the fascination. And they are compressed in the background, at a respectful and anonymous distance. They are completely upstaged by the unapproachable airplane and flyers. And it's a damn shame. It would be wonderful to see the faces in the crowd.
